As part of its incentive program LTI /, Beijer Ref AB (publ) has in May issued 1,, call options to management and key employees with expiration date 14 June Following recalculations made due to the rights issue in , the call options correspond to 1,, underlying shares of series B and the recalculated exercise price is SEK per an alternative to the exercise of the call options and as approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 22 May , Beijer Ref has offered to repurchase call options at market value, calculated based on the share price average 31 May-7 June , and accordingly determined to SEK per the expiration of the call options on 14 June, 86, call options have been exercised for 94, shares of series B. Products
Our product range mainly consists of cooling components, air conditioning units and heat pumps. Our main suppliers are Toshiba, Carrier, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Danfoss and Bitzer. Environmentally friendly products using natural refrigerants manufactured in-house also feature in our product range.
