Her interest lies in how dance and choreography can create physical encounters that foster a dialogue between bodily presence and social interaction. Sara’s practice delves into the intersection of professional and non-professional realms, often incorporating active participation from non-professionals, or from the audience itself.
The focus centers on the body and its representations, delving into ideas surrounding identity, the division between private and public spheres, societal norms, and a curiosity about reshaping or reimagining these concepts.
